Brian Eno

Brian Eno "Here Come The Warm Jets"

I would assume Brian Eno's first solo album "Here Come the Warm Jets" had caused a stir in 1974 when it came out. When I play it most people think it's the newest band I am hot on. Always way ahead of his time, Eno gave his previous band Roxy Music a big musical F.U. by making this album. Packed with a diverse blend of great musicians "Jets" delivers a surreal space ride with songs bouncing from soft melodies to piercing cacophony. On my playlist this album flows into Eno's second album "Taking Tiger Mountain" without skipping a beat.

Big Business "Mind The Drift"

This album rips. I am moving it onto my playlist again for inspiration as I write my late night blogs.

Goes well with your favorite green plant of choice.
